Hell’s Backbone Grill
Hell’s Backbone Grill – on our grounds.
Jen Castle and Blake Spalding, co-owners of Hell’s Backbone Grill, the award-winning restaurant on the Lodge grounds, were recently named finalists for the James Beard Award for the best chefs in our region.
Hell’s Backbone Grill is currently open for patio dining and take-out daily from 4:00pm – 9:00pm. Their last day for this season is October 30th.
There are also other nearby restaurants and take-out options for you to enjoy. There is a new, small state liquor store in one of the local convenience stores. All our guest rooms have small refrigerators and microwave ovens, so feel free to bring your own food.
