Boulder Mountain Lodge is an oasis of calm and comfort in the middle of Utah’s scenic red rock canyon country and mountain forests. It is a perfect location for a family vacation, meeting, reunion, or romantic getaway.
There is so much to do at the Lodge. Have a delicious meal at Hell’s Backbone Grill, enjoy our beautiful grounds, bird watch at our eleven-acre bird sanctuary, soak in our outdoor hot tub, play volleyball and other lawn activities, or make s’mores at our outdoor stone fire pit. You can gather inside with your friends in front of the fireplace in our main lodge. Your pets will also enjoy our spacious grounds.
The lodge is the ideal home base for exploring Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Burr Trail, Dixie National Forest, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Anasazi State Park, and the many other national and state parks in the area.
Our mission at Boulder Mountain Lodge is to introduce guests to the unparalleled natural wonders of Boulder-Escalante region, while providing a lodging experience as memorable as the surrounding landscape.
We have Tesla and Universal Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at the Lodge.

Hell’s Backbone Grill (on our grounds) is open for the 2024 season. The Grill will only be serving dinner five nights a week (closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Please check their website (www.hellsbackbonegrill.com) for reservations and updates, or call them at 435-335-7464.
